The company is now putting a step forward by launching its Computer Literacy Programs for various schools in U.P..
Terms & Conditions :-Duration : A contract is signed between the company
and the institution in accordance to which the company agrees to impart computer education to the school/college
students for the minimum of three years duration. during this tenure each batch of the students will have to attend
two classes a weeks, of which one class will be of theory, and the second of practical, during the class the
batch/batches will be divided into two, each going for theory and practical simultaneously, the periods will be
allotted in accordance to the time-table given by the school.
Facilities to be Provided :
1 : Minimum of one qualified instructors (depending upon the number of
students provided and the sequence of periods allotted)
2 : Course material/books provided to the students.
3 : Minimum of one computer will be provide to the schools
(the number will increase proportionately with the increase in
the number the students.) the computer can be personal computers
depending strictly upon what it mutually proportionately increase the fees per student.

After the tenure of three years the computer will become the property of the school.
4 : Maintenance of the computers is the responsibility of the company, unless the school desirably
undertaken the responsibility, the computer will be kept in the school premises but under the
lock & key of the institute, if the school desires to keep the key then they will have to undertake the responsibility.
5 : The school will also be provided disk drives/ secondary storage devices in the second year of implementation
which of maintaining will be equal to the number of computers installed in the school (this clause is only
valid for the BBC microcomputers, because the personal computer is by itself a dual drive system).
6 : One printer will be provided to the school in the third year of implementation.
7 : During the 3'th year of implementation each student will be given training to encompassed the following:-
1. COMPUTER CONCEPTS
2. BINARY ARITHMETIC
3. FLOW CHARTING
4. ELEMENTARY PROGRAMMING IN BASIC
5. ADVANCED BASIC INCLUDING FILE HANDLING CONCEPTS
6. GRAPHICS
7. SOUNDS
8. LEARNING PACKAGES FOR KIDS
8 : The Company offers to impart computer training to any of the classes
(i.e. Nursery to class 12th)as agreed up agreed upon by the school authorities .

FREE EDUCATION :
The company agrees to impart free education to the maximum of 10 students.
also education with special discount can be imparted to some student,
the number as decided upon by the two parties to the contract.
TRAINING OF THE STAFF :
The staff i.e. teachers can also be imparted training in the
school with the student if the school authorities desire.
COMPUTER SCIENCE BOARD EXAMINATION :
The company also desire to send the students for the X/XII Board
examination at the State or All India Level. the school holds for discretion
to send any number of students for the same.
FEES STRUCTURE
Since the company is in the introductory stage it has
]decided to launch the scheme with minimum fees possible,
the fees structure is as follows-

RENEWAL OF THE CONTRACT
At the end of 3'rd year of implementation,
